After about a year of my original brand design, I wanted to refresh and solidify the look of my site. I've always had a penchant for color, but it was important to me to also look professional and incorporate an icon related to my work. The diamond emerged from the tags used in HTML: <>. I simply merged those two tags and the result was this diamond image. From there I was able to incorporate bright colors to reflect various aspects of my brand values. Green for freshness, yellow for energy and positivity, turquoise for sophistication, and pink for playfulness.

I offered up pro bono work to the Campbell County Democrats when I noticed their site might have been made before I graduated high school. We used an inexpensive theme and free or inexpensive plugins to keep costs down for them. You can still get a great website on a low budget.
